initial consult

Once you complete our client enquiry form, we’ll review the background you provide on your project. This ensures we arrive to our first conversation prepared, not guessing. We’ll use that discussion to determine whether we’re the right fit for you, and whether we’re ready to move forward together.

price estimate

If a concept design is available, we’ll provide an initial project estimate based on comparable past builds. This gives you a clear sense of how your vision aligns with your budget before any formal agreements are made.

preliminary agreement

If everything looks aligned, we’ll move to a preliminary agreement. This is where we dive deeper - collaborating with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to map out the specifics of your project. We’ll identify any limitations, work up a detailed fee proposal, and provide a clear scope and design to ensure everyone’s on the same page before contract signing.

pricing & admin

Once your working drawings are finalised, we’ll gather accurate pricing from suppliers and contractors. A full cost breakdown will be provided, typically within 2–4 weeks depending on project complexity. From here, you’ll have everything needed to confidently proceed to construction.

build time

This is where plans become reality. Our skilled team brings your design to life with precision and care. Throughout the process, you’ll be kept informed and involved, so nothing feels out of reach or out of the loop.
